One of the classic SF novels, this is a strange and disquieting read that takes a while to get into but is well worth the effort.

The Verdict:

It’s an entertaining, fast-paced science fiction thriller. Don’t expect anything deep in terms of characterisation, but there are some nice background set-ups that promise good things in the future books.

It’s a fun read that made me laugh and does make you think about the obsession with obesity and diet.
